  • Choosing the right cleaning agent – When working on suede leather you need to be careful as it is delicate. It is best to get leather cleaner as recommended by the manufacturer, so as to not ruin your favorite jacket. Alternatively you can use talcum powder or baking soda for wet grease or oil stains, for dry stains white vinegar and rubbing alcohol work well. Please make sure you spot-test the cleaner on a hidden spot before proceeding with the cleaning process.
  • Cleaning wet stains – If the jacket has a wet stain, apply baking powder or talcum powder and leave for 3 to 4 hours. Brush off and you are good to attend that party.
  • Cleaning dry stains – Using a clean white cotton cloth apply the cleaning agent on the affected area, gently massage it and let the cleaning agent get to work.
